Our company covers all the costs for any day-to-day maintenance and repairs, so the landlords we work with do not have to worry about sorting this out themselves, unless it is an exterior issue. In accordance with terms and conditions, if we ever leave the contract, we will ensure to return the property back to you in the same condition we found it in, if not even better.

We hope to be your last ever tenant you ever have to deal with by offering you a long-term tenancy agreement, which will give you a consistent and steady income for up to 3-5 years. After this contract ends, we look to extend this agreement, which gives you a never-ending stable cash flow as a landlord.
We have our own professional cleaning service team, who will ensure regular cleaning is done in between each guest staying at the property. Therefore, our company also covers these costs and landlords do not have to worry about paying any end of tenancy cleaning fees.

At YNY Homes we put ourselves in your shoes and have thought about everything you would like to have in our homes when designing and planning – from the cabinet where you can store your shoes in when entering, to the key hanger so you don’t lose it, to the utensils to eat with, to the water stock up in the fridge to keep you hydrated, to the comfy mattresses which we hope will give you the best night’s sleep!

Amenities
Our service allows you to have access to your home and also leave without needing us there. This means you do not have to wait around outside or rush to the place for someone to let you in. Similarly when you leave the property, you do not need to wait around for anyone.
All that we offer at YNY Homes means nothing without a good night's sleep, so we have handpicked comfy mattresses with high quality bed frames just for you.
We believe maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is important, so we have our own team for professional housekeeping. They work hard to ensure our homes are deep cleaned in between guests.
We have chosen homes in locations that are easy to get to using either transport links or your car. Our homes also have some places near by that you may need for your day-to-day living, such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants and transport links.
We have planned and designed the kitchen to allow guests to cook their own meals and save money on eating out. We want guests to feel at home as much as possible, so our kitchens include a kettle, air fryer, microwave and a fridge. It also includes cookware, a chopping board, utensils, glasses and mugs.
All our homes have a smart TV as we understand news, entertainment and education are all important aspects of day-to-day living. Netflix and Youtube are included, so you can choose whatever you would like to watch and sit back and relax.
We understand that finding parking can be frustrating or driving to a destination that has congestion charges. Therefore, we have chosen homes that are not in congestion charge zones and have free parking within close distance.
We ensure all our homes have a well-stocked bathroom that provides guests with all that they may need throughout their stay with us. This includes clean bedding, towels and toiletries, such as body wash, shampoo, hand wash and toilet rolls.
We provide you with broadband and wifi which are free of costs for you regardless of how long you stay. This way you can stay connected with your loved ones, work remotely and stream without interruptions.

How do you ensure that guests will look after the property?
Guests vetting procedures allow us to reduce chances of letting unruly guests into our space, including photo ID and address checks. We want this home taken care of just like our own, so we only allow quiet and considerate guests to stay at the properties, therefore we have rules in place to ensure there are no loud parties, damages to the property and furniture or any criminal activities taking place at our accommodation spaces.
What are your house rules and regulations for guests?

- No parties or events

- No pets
To monitor who is going in and out of each property, we have installed a ring doorbell to alarm us of any intruders or extra guests entering without permission. We also have noise detector devices in the property to prevent any parties.
If any rules are broken and we detect any of the above taking place, we have fines in place and guests can potentially be banned from coming again if they are not willing to abide by our rules and regulations.
